Tesorion and Compumatica join forces

LEUSDEN / UDEN (NETHERLANDS) – Dutch cybersecurity specialists, Tesorion and Compumatica, are joining forces to make the Netherlands digitally more secure. By joing forces the two 100% Dutch companies create a strong party that makes an important contribution to protecting its customers against cyber threats.

Compumatica will continue to operate independently and under its own name from Uden and Würselen (Germany). The company has developed a comprehensive product portfolio of high-quality security solutions and has a reputation in the market for its expertise in the field of cryptography. It is therefore a perfect addition to Tesorion’s cybersecurity portfolio. Among other things Tesorion provides managed cybersecurity solutions, security consultancy, a high-quality 24/7 Security Operating Center and its own Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT).

As Martijn Hakstege, CEO of Tesorion, explains, “I’m proud of the fact that Tesorion and Compumatica are going to join forces. Both companies have plenty of similarities, such as their Dutch origins and a strong technological background. Our markets also link up together nicely. To us, joining forces is a logical step because it will enable us to continue working to achieve a bright and secure future for our customers.”

“The market needs relevant providers of all-round solutions that can provide a complete and managed security portfolio and our partnership will fulfil this need.”

Petra van Schayik, CEO of Compumatica, adds, “In Tesorion we have found a reliable partner that will enable us to offer our customers a broader range of services. The cooperation also provides an opportunity for us to reinforce our position within the OT domain and keep developing it so that, together, we can continue to build a scalable ecosystem.”

After the merger Compumatica will continue to be a 100% Dutch company thereby creating, together with Tesorion, a group of 160 cybersecurity experts.
