New website & customer portal Compumatica
Compumatica will launch on Monday 1st of April a new website, including a brand new integrated customer portal within the main website. When the website it launched, the new customer portal could be reached by www.compumatica.com/extranet. The old .eu website will be redirected to the new website address: www.compumatica.com.
From Thursday 28th of March both websites www.compumatica.com & www.compumatica.eu could be temporarily unavailable.
Customer portal
The basics of the customer portal are unaffected, with the possibility to download the latest (security) updates/patches, how-to’s, user manuals and software. For security reasons, all users need to use their customer number (6 digits) in combination with their e-mail address to log-in on the website. This customer number will be send as soon as the customer portal is back online. The number could not be changed.

The website comes with a new look and feel, which is designed compatible for tablets, mobile phones and other mobile devices.
