Compumatica has its own support team with employees with long year experience and deep knowledge of the Compumatica products and the IT security market. Due to the fact that the support employees belong to our team, you are ensured that you are supported fast and adequately.

There are three different options for support:

  • Training on demand

  • Hotline (for simple questions)

  • Telephone support (extensive questions & advice)

Training on demand

You are responsible for the network security of your company and use or will use our CryptoGuard products?

Our professionally equipped training centers in Würselen (Germany) or in Uden (The Netherlands) provide you with the best opportunities to acquire the know-how needed for the management of the Compumatica components. The individually tailored presentation of theoretical and practical facts in small training groups with a limited number of participants guarantees best possible results.

Hotline*

Our hotline staff are pleased to answer all questions concerning the functionality of our products. Simple questions can be answered immediately, more complicated questions are transferred as "Support Call" to the Compumatica telephone support service. A hotline call longer than 10 minutes is automatically dealt with as "Support Call".

Telephone and e-mail support*

Our telephone support staff help our customers to solve problems concerning configuration and trouble-shooting and provide them with general advice about the Compumatica products.The communication is done via telephone, e-mail and or remote login.
