RMA

RMA stands for Return Materials Authorization, i.e. "authorized return". To ensure the correct operational sequence for goods to return, Compumatica introduced the RMA procedure.

Receipt of goods

  • After receipt of all necessary information (especially a detailed description of the occurred problem), we will send you the RMA-confirmation stating the RMA-number, the expected period of repair, the costs of the repair (if not covered by guarantee), and other related information.
