Installation at the customer's site
Customers can choose to let install the equipment by Compumatica engineers. They have the knowledge of the product and can integrate it in the correct way into the existing network. Together with the customer the process is identified step by step, and it is explained how the system can be managed as efficient as possible.
It is even possible that costumers implement their own products, and that they ask our support team for help in case they require support. Our support department will be available during working hours.
