According to Art.5, Sec.1, of the German telecommunications law as of 22/07/97 (TDG), Compumatica is only responsible for the utilization of its own contents made available for public use. Compumatica is only liable for possibly illegal respectively criminal contents of third parties if Compumatica definitely knew about it and if it was technically feasible and reasonable to prevent the use of these contents (according to Art.5, Sec.2 TDG).
